Sadly, this happens with glass at times. If your piece arrives damaged, please keep all of the packaging materials. To receive a repair, you must contact me within 48 hours of your delivery date/time with photos at kelmayo@camelcityglass.com
All flowers and bookends will ship in two pieces to protect the glass. Please visit the ‘care’ page to view videos on how to safely assemble your piece.
